چکیده
Microorganisms can easily degrade agro-industrial wastes in a solid-state fermentation process thereby synthesizing many important commercial bio compounds including lipolytic enzymes. Screening different habitats for bacteria with lipase activity and optimizing its parameters facilities effective production usage industries. In this study, soil samples from Abattoirs Kaduna metropolis were screened presence of positive strains culture medium such as carbon source, inducers, nitrogen pH, temperature, inoculums level incubation period varied the purpose optimization. Maximum was recorded at 48hours incubation, occurred media containing groundnut peel rice husk, supplemented ammonium nitrate urea which are best sources. The isolated identified Pseudomonas biochemically, production, partial purification characterization determination molecular weight analysis. partially purified up to saturation using sulphate precipitation spectrophotometric assay used enzyme characterization. Lipases produced by pseudomonas have been widely pharmaceutical, food, pulp, textile, paper, leather industries among others due their stability, selectivity broad substrate specificity.

متن کاملIsolation of antibacterial material-producing bacteria from saline soil
Saline soils are widely spread in Iran. These intact soils are a great source for the isolation of new bacteria with highly functional metabolites in biotechnology. Actinomycete strains were isolated on starch casein agar and ISP2 with different concentrations of sodium chloride (0, 5 and 10%) from treated soil samples. Pure colonies were cultured on a casein glycerol medium. After complete gro...
